Subbarao, Pranab discuss economy

“I have come for a routine meeting with the finance minister,” Subbarao told reporters after the meeting.

“Of course, when I meet the finance minister I discuss about the macroeconomic situation,” he said.

In response to a question whether there could be a policy change as a result of rising food prices, he said: “I have nothing new to say beyond what I have already said.”
