12 ministers yet to occupy official residences

A hundred days have gone since the NDA government took office, but 12 of its ministers are yet to move into the official bungalows designated for them.

Still awaiting vacation of the bungalows are Home Minister Rajnath Singh and his deputy Kiren Rijiju, who were respectively allotted the residences occupied by former UPA ministers K Chiranjivi and A K Antony. The former ministers continue to reside there.

Singh stays in a house at Ashoka Road allotted to him by Lok Sabha Secretariat as an MP. He continued to operate from the house throughout his tenure as BJP president.
