JOIN USBosch Limited on Tuesday reported a 30.78 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 306.4 crore for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014.
The company had posted net profit of Rs 234.25 crore in the July-September quarter of fiscal 2013, Bosch said in a BSE filing. The company follows January-December fiscal.
The net sales and income from operations for the quarter rose 16.3 per cent over the same period of the previous year, at Rs 2,456.7 crore. Domestic sales and export sales increased by 18.5 per cent and 3.3 per cent during the quarter, compared to the same period, last year.
The company’s Mobility Solutions business in India, which constitutes a major portion of its revenues, grew by 18.7 per cent.
Net income increased by 19.03 per cent to Rs 2,555.76 crore during the quarter under review compared to Rs 2,147.09 crore during the same quarter of previous fiscal.
