Arvind overcame a second-game scare to prevail 21-16, 19-21, 22-20 against third seed Abhishek Yeligar in the title clash while Savita crushed fourth seed Neha G 21-4, 21-6.
The top-seeded men’s doubles pair of Adarsh Kumar S and Vineeth Manuel were beaten by second seeds Guruprasad D and Venkatesh Prasad S 11-21, 21-16, 21-16 in the final.
In the corresponding women’s doubles encounter, second seed Nischitha GM and Varsha Belawadi ended the good run of unseeded Prathiksha Prakash and Savita RN with a comfortable 21-6, 21-8 victory.
