Relish Hyderabadi biryani and some more..

Winters are in and so is the time when the taste buds hanker for good food, served piping hot.

And what could be better than biryani! Smoked Biryani House is hosting a two-week long Biryani Festival that will give food enthusiasts a chance to experience different biryanis cooked specifically in the popular Hyderabadi style.

The menu not only includes a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian biryanis but a mouth-watering array of dishes from popular Indian cuisines. “The food will create a tingling in your taste buds. Each biryani is distinctive in taste as we have chosen exotic spices and ingredients in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. It makes every recipe a secret too. But everything is cooked in Hyderabadi style so that authentic flavour is not lost,” says chef Bilal.

Soya chaap biryani, mushroom biryani, prawn biryani, veg biryani, mutton biryani, egg, keema, fish and Hyderabadi chicken biryani will all be part of the two-week food festival. Don’t forget to go for saalan and mixed raita while having the rice delight. One can also enjoy the eatery’s signature dishes like Chicken 65, Apolo Fish, Aloo 65,
Jhinga Biryani, Haleem and Shahi Tukda.

“We follow a concept which specialises in the art of cooking appetising authentic biryani, based on the city of Nizams, Hyderabad. The kitchen staff comprises chefs who have hands-on experience gained in Hyderabad itself. Hyderabadi Mutton biryanis and chicken biryani, served with mirchi ka saalan and raita, are amongst the favourites of the biryani lovers,” says chef Bilal.

The Hyderabadi food carnival at Smoked Biryani House is incomplete without the delicious desserts. Khubani ka meetha, Kaddu ki kheer and Shahi Tukda will make you feel like royalty itself!

The festival is on at Smoked Biryani House, Noida, Sector 18, from December 5 till 19, 11 am to 11 pm.
