Tharoor's OSD irks Congress

Joseph Jacob’s action, the OSD for Tharoor, of posting an anti-S M Krishna link on his Twitter page has upset the party. “Those in government jobs should maintain decorum, anybody who is serving in the government as an employee should not comment adversely against any minister or any higher-up in the administration,” party spokesperson said.
