Celebrate the spirit of freedom this Republic Day, restaurants in the city are offering mouth watering delectable.

On the occasion, Chef Karan Talwar of Kitchen Kraft Catering Co will serve some mouth watering dishes like  Kesaria Hara Paneer Tikka, Trio Herb Grilled Fish, Tri color vegetable Hakka noodle, Tri color creamy pasta, Tiranga Rice , Tiranga  Lancha, Special Republic Paneer Pasanda, Tri mix veg.

For those having sweet tooth Talwar has Tri Color Mousse and Tri Color Coconut Rice with Kiwi and Oranges.

Interestingly, if you want that extra comfort of not going to any restaurant, the catering company offers a special package where chefs will come to your home and serve you piping hot food.

''Considering this a long weekend we have lot of queries for house parties catering. Keeping that in mind we have launched tiranga buffet to go with a flavour of the national day. So we thought to add patriot tri color on the palate,” said Talwar.

Riding high with the celebration of 66th  Republic Day, the chefs from The Ancient Barbeque restaurant in Noida and Gurgaon has tried to elevate the best of ethnic Indian foods and has prepared delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines.

To begin with the veg starter they have dishes like  Banarasi Tiranga Paneer Tikka, Khata Meetha Annanas , Thai Garlic Grilled Veg, Kesari Malai Soya Shaslik, Kasmhmiri Veg Shammi Kebab , Salsa Potato and Vegetable Fry to name a few.

 Even non-veg starters are no far behind and have mouth-watering starters in their menu like Kolhapuri Tiranga Murg Tikka, Konkani Jhinga Fry, Jalandhari Seekh Kebab and Pudina Macchi Tikka.

These starters are followed by lip smacking main courses. The chefs have playfully named the dishes after the states name like Jaisalmeri Paneer, Bhojpuri Aloo, Kerala Ardul Curry, Surti Oondhiyu, Subz Lucknowi Biryani, Dal Makhani, Sarson ka Saag, Rajma Kashmiri. In non-veg menu they have Mutton korma, Patiyala Shahi Murg, Bangla Macher Jhol, Coondapuri Murg and Murg Hyderabadi Biryani.

To complete your dining experience they have delectable dessert like Tirannfa Burfi, Tri Colour Cream Cake and Nation Pudding.

Even Pind Balluchi, grills and platters plays a perfect host to the food enthusiast in the city on the occasion of Republic Day. Chef Gurmeet Singh has launched a special menu like Orange infused green salad, Tiranga Dal, Teen Mirch ka Paneer Tikka, Shahidi Paneer and Kheer Kesari to name a few. 

Barrels in Vasant Vihar will be serving Tri Coloured Pasta in red pesto sauce, green pesto sauce and basil pesto sauce especially crafted  by Chef Sandeep.
