White Smoke Barbeque, the new restaurant from Fairfield by Marriott, Rajajinagar, is offering an organic fusion cuisine with the primary influence of East Mediterranean culinary splendour. It is based on the concept ‘organic fusion wishgrill’.

Food lovers could select from a variety of options; from salads and meats to herbs and marinades.

The style of cooking is either grilling or barbeque, one could construct one’s own fusion cuisine. You can create your ‘wish menu’ and the food would be cooked for you.

Also, the ingredients are organic, fresh and locally sourced within a radius of 100 miles.
The idea is to craft an international cuisine with local ingredients and delight the diners with the same international quality, taste and standards.

As a fine palate cuisine where the herbs, spices and cooking style are East Mediterranean, the head chef Ajeet Dubey with his innovation and creativity, presents the culinary delights of a global cuisine perfected to the Indian taste buds.

Grill Pizza, ‘Sheesh Touk’, ‘Khatte Pyaz ka Subz Seek’, or Kadak Taroosh’ are just to name a few. Chef Ajeet, with his skills of a ‘Grill Master’ wields his culinary mastery by using local ingredients like Goan sausages, sashimigrade yellow fin tuna from Lakshadweep or the mushrooms from Coorg – all optimally used to give that perfect taste combination.

In addition, dining at the rooftop along the poolside is good. An aerial view of the city, the cool breeze at the top and a serene atmosphere makes dining with family and friends indeed interesting. In addition, it includes an art studio, Garage, where local artists could meet, indulge in their art work and display their works too. It is located at 1/2, 59th C Cross, 4th M Block, Rajajinagar.
