Project Head Yathish Baikampady told media persons that the visitors would get an opportunity to taste more than 50 varieties of cuisines during the fest under vegetarian and non-vegetarian categories.
The fest will feature various traditional dishes of Tulunadu like ‘mude,’ ‘patrode,’ ‘kaltappa’ and ‘appa,’ apart from different fish delicacies, he added. The City-based Arun Masala will be sponsoring the food fest, he added.
Team Mangalore will organise a kite festival on the last two days of the ‘Aaharotsav’ (Jan 16 and 17). Teams of national and international acclaim will take part, informed Yathish.
