Cybercriminals, likely to be linked to a Pakistan-based tech firm, are using issues like Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade's arrest to target Indians.
Cyber security firm FireEye took lead from a study done by ThreatConnect Intelligence Research Team (TCIRT), which first discovered a suspected Pakistani threat group in 2013.
FireEye followed the activity of this group and found new observations and insight into the group.
