JOIN USTargeting low-end customers looking for a sporty and stylish vehicle, Hyundai on Tuesday launched its i20 Active, priced at Rs 8.89 lakh ex-showroom.
“We are delighted to launch the i20 Active which reaffirms our commitment to the Indian market. It’s a sport-styled vehicle with many unique features,” said B S Seo, managing director and chief executive, Hyundai Motor India.The vehicle is powered by both petrol and diesel engine options.
The petrol variant claims a mileage of 17.19 km per litre, while the diesel variant claims 21.19 km per litre mileage. Hyundai is also targeting 60 lakh cumulative production milestone from its Indian operations this year.
This year the company is planning a production rollout to cross six million units, HMIL said.
