Foundation stone for new court building on Jan 16

 
Briefing media persons on Wednesday, Ponnampete Bar Association President A T Bhimaiah said that state Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs S Sureshkumar will lay the foundation stone. The building will come at the site near the Pravasi Mandira, he added.

Vidhan Sabha speaker K G Bopaiah will preside over the programme. High Court Judges V Gopala Gowda, N K Patil, A S Bopanna, L Narayanaswamy, S N Satyanarayana, District in-Charge Minister J Krishna Palemar, M P H Vishwanath, MLCs M C Nanaiah, T John, MLA M P Appachu Ranjan, Ponnampete Gram Panchayat President Daya Changappa, former MLAs A K Subbaiah and C S Arun Machaiah will be the guests. High Court Judge V Gopala Gowda will inaugurate the Civil Court (Junior Division) and JMFC at the court premises in the Food and Civil Supplies Department Building on the same day. Minister S Sureshkumar will preside, Bhimaiah informed.
