After completing his PUC from DVS College in Shimoga, he joined BVSc AH.  Speaking to presspersons, Chetan attributed his success to well-planned studies and observed that there is no short cut to success.

My family members have been a great support for me. Moreover, instead of pursuing research I will be appearing for the UPSC exams.  “I have decided to appear for the UPSC exams, as an administrative career will provide me with an opportunity to serve the poor and the farmers in a more efficient manner,” explains Chetan.

Basappa, who was present at the convocation was overwhelmed by his son’s success.
