Vivid Hues of Gujarat’ at Cubbon Pavilion, ITC Gardenia, is a gastronomic experience that is taking the food lovers of the Garden City to the ‘Land of the legends and lions’. Under the blanket banner of ‘Kitchens of India’, ‘Vivid hues of Gujarat’ offers cuisines which is a fine testimony to taste and tradition.

The wholesome and tantalising spread comprises ‘khaman’, a light savoury sponge made with chickpea and gram flour and ‘kadhi’, a traditional sweet and spicy curd stew, served with pakoras to ‘undhiyu’, a speciality vegetable curry that derives its name from the word ‘undhu’ meaning upside down, ‘patra’, a dish made with multiple layers of colocasia leaves stuffed with rice, tamarind and jaggery and many more varieties of dishes that’s served in a typical course of the meal. 

 A ‘thali’ of sweet, salty, and spicy delicacies; ‘Vivid hues of Gujarat’ calls for a perfect sensorial experience and is a culinary harmony.
