Speaking to reporters in Bangalore, the former prime minister said the project has to be implemented as conceived originally. The Supreme Court has also clearly said this in its judgement, he added.

Stating that he will expose all irregularities in the project, he wondered why both Congress and BJP leaders were maintaining a silence in this regard.
