Sunil Pal

The evening started off with a comedy act by Sunil Pal who took inspiration from incidents of everyday life for his act ‘I love the City’. The place is blooming with talent and provides a great platform for artistes,” he said. A lot of his material revolved around the City and the accent of South Indians, which was done in a tasteful manner. While he warmed the stage with his witty remarks and tickling everyone’s funny bone, the audience were awaiting for star of the evening, KK.

With screaming fans dying to get a look at their hero, the place was filled with enthusiasm. “I have attended all concerts of KK. His songs are so soulful and uplifting. I love Pal a lot,” said an enthusiastic fan. Soon enough, the crowd went crazy as KK unleashed some foot-tapping numbers like Tu Hi Meri Shaab Hain from Gangster, Alvida from Life In A Metro, Kya Mujhe Pyar Hain from Woh Lamhe, Tadap Tadap from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Dus Bahane from Dhoom.

He even gave a glimpse of his latest hits like Aankon Mein Tere from Om Shanthi Om, Jab We Met title track, which was more effective with the dancers at the background. There was also a mix of jugalbandi between him and Sunil Pal, who also tried his hand at crooning. The fans were definitely not let down when favourites like Pyaar ke Pal, Mehki Hawaa, Aap Ki Dua and Yaaron were performed. The night then continued with many more hits and laughs making it an ideal start for the weekend.
The duo will also be performing in Hyderabad and Gurgaon.
