PM undergoes medical check

 All tests conducted on the  Prime Minister were “normal and everything is all right,” doctors attending on him said.

“This is a routine evaluation that was done in two parts. He underwent a stress-thallium test. It was done in two parts; one was done at 8 am and the other at 12.30 pm,” said Dr K S Reddy, personal physician to the prime minister.

During the tests, a patient is made to do some exercises and certain assessments are made by doctors to check if the heart is able to take stress or not.

Reddy said: “This is a test conducted to check the functioning of the heart. Dr Singh has undergone a heart surgery last year and this is an evaluation process to ascertain working of his heart.”
