<p>The matter would be discussed at a meeting of the leaders from Telangana, Congress MLA B Saraiah told reporters last night.<br /><br />He said the JAC was formed at the residence of senior MLA and former minister K Jana Reddy and that it never acted against the party.<br /><br />Another senior leader and former minister T Jeevan Reddy said formation of Telangana state would solve all problems.<br /><br />Union Minister Veerappa Moily, in-charge of party affairs in Andhra Pradesh, said yesterday in Delhi that Congress leaders should "withdraw" themselves from the JAC.<br /><br />He warned that "any violation of the party discipline will be seriously dealt with".<br />Moily also asked party leaders not to rush to the press on a "sensitive" issue like this to precipitate the matters and disrupt the normalcy restored after the discussions held with all political parties and leaders by the Union Home Minister P Chidambaram on January five.<br /><br />The statement comes close on the heels of JAC extending its deadline to February seven for getting the resignations of legislators accepted following Chidambaram's announcement that a committee on the issue will be appointed by next week.</p>
