Vinod Alva in judicial custody

Actor Vinod Alva, who is facing the charge of conspiring a murder, was remanded in 14 days of judicial custody on Tuesday.

It is said that he was taken to custody in connection with a complaint accusing the actor of conspiring a murder.

When Sacchidananda Patali, the complainant, was riding his two-wheeler, a certain Uday hit the two-wheeler in a four-wheeler. In the complaint, Patali had alleged that Uday attempted to murder based on the instance of Alva and had even appealed to the police to provide him protection as he is facing threat from Alva and Uday.

Based on the complaint, the police arrested Alva. The court rejected the bail plea moved by Alva’s lawyer.

Alva’s jeep driver Uday is still at large.
