After playing boxer Mary Kom in a biopic, now Priyanka Chopra may be seen in a space shuttle for her next film.
According to reports, Priyanka has been approached to play the lead in biopic on late Indian astronaut Kalpana Chawla.
The actress will commit to it once she is back from her 'Quantico' shoot in America.
Currently, Priyanka Chopra is busy with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’ which is slated for a December 18 release.
Astronaut Kalpana Chawla died on her second expedition in February 2003 along with seven other astronauts in a space shuttle explosion. She invested 31 days, 14 hours and 54 minutes in space. She was awarded the Congressional Space Medal of Honor by the United States for her exceptional work .
