And bikers will take various breaks during their journeys — places where they would stop for a breather or at eating joints where they would eat and get refreshed.
So keeping in mind all what a biker’s life can be like, Sanjay Yadav opened Bikers Cafe in Vasant Kunj in 2012. Having gained popularity in its Kolkata’s Bhowanipore and Delhi’s Vasant Kunj branch, he carried forward his endeavour by opening another outlet in Golf Course Gurgaon.
Located in the Emaar MGF Palm Springs Plaza, which lies right on the main road, Yadav has tried to yet again follow the concept of the cafe being a stopping point for a biker.
Recently he launched an exclusive breakfast menu at the cafe, saying, “There are very few cafes which provide you breakfast. So we have created the menu according to a biker’s needs, where his/her health needs to be in a very good condition.”
The cafe opens as early as 7.30 am every day and sees scores of visitors. It consists of unique innovations like the hangover downshifter, fresh detoxifying juices like the muscle soother, weight loss and anti-aging juices which are considered beneficial for one’s health and rejuvenate one’s body and mind.
“All of our breads are prepared in-house, the coffees are freshly brewed and the juices are prepared with fresh and detoxifying ingredients. Our food menu includes world cuisines like Japanese, Spanish, American and Mexican and at the same time we have those traditional Indian dishes like bun maska chai, cheese toast, paranthas, matar kulchas and many more,” says Yadav.
The owners have also put a lot of thought to the interiors of the cafe, which vastly comprise the episodes that bikers will go through on their journeys. From paintings to the typos in the menu, one will be greeted with a lot of interesting things in and around the cafe.
“Our attempt was to detail each and everything to bring out the theme convincingly. I have learned a lot from my customers in Vasant Kunj and have incorporated
them in this outlet,” he tells Metrolife.
Thus, one goes through a gastronomical ride in the cafe with its variety of dishes that include various egg combos such as Japanese egg combo, Arabian egg combo, angels in eggs womb, American bacon n eggs with house baked fresh brown breads, Organic eggs combo, Highway paranthas and mushroom n cottage cheese chilla to name a few from its multi cuisine breakfast menu. Also, occasional live music, table games, electronic games and many other fun-filled activities enthral the customers which make it a cool hub for fun loving people.
