JOIN USThe traffic police have identified the following parking arrangements during the ‘Invest Karnataka 2016’.
All dignitaries and VVIPs with a vehicle pass may gain entry into the venue from the main palace through Gate1 of the main entrance and proceed to the venue. After alighting off the VVIPs, drivers will have to proceed further and park vehicles in Parking A.
All VIP / senior government officers with vehicle passes may gain entry into the venue from main palace from Gate 2 of the palace, proceed towards tennis pavilion road and alight at cross road which leads to the main venue. The vehicles have to proceed further and park in Parking B.
All delegates will gain entry from Gate 1, take a left turn and proceed to Parking D. Buggies provided at Parking D shall be used to gain entry to registration.
Delegates coming from Malleswaram and Ramana Maharshi Road shall gain
entry from Gate 3, ie: Kamadhenu Gate, and proceed to the delegates Parking D area. Alight and take buggies provided at Parking D to gain entry to registration.
All delegates coming directly from the Kempegowda International Airport, after travelling from Hebbal side, shall take the service road ramp towards Mekhri Circle, take left at Mekhri Circle to Jayamahal Road, take right turn and gain entry from Gate 4 near mango market, and proceed to delegates Parking D. Alight and take buggies provided at Parking D to gain entry to registration.
Media vehicles will be provided parking space at Parking O, near the scorpio security office adjacent to the venue.
Other instructions
Officials connected with Invest Karnataka are requested to gain entry into the venue before 8.45 am.
All exhibiter vehicles shall gain entry from Jayamahal Road or Ramana Maharshi Road before 8 am.
All delegates should gain entry before 9.15 am.
All vehicles should exit from Gate 3 and Gate 4 only.
Other commuters are requested to avoid Ramana Maharshi Road, Chakravarthi Layout Road, Jayaraman Road and Jayamahal Road between 8 am and noon.
