KSRTC to ply more buses for Shivarathri

 The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will operate additional buses to various destinations in the State on March 4 and 5 to clear extra rush for Mahashivarathri festival.

The buses will ply from satellite bus stand on Mysuru Road, Basaveshwara bus station (Peenya), Vijayanagar TTMC, the bus stand at Malleswaram 18th cross and other pick up points in Bengaluru. The passengers can book tickets in advance at boarding points.

Unreserved buses will be operated from Kempegowda and Basaveshwara bus stations towards Chitradurga, Davangere, Hubballi, Belagavi, Kolhapur, Hosapete, Gangavathi, Koppal, Kushtagi, Bagalkot, Vijayapura, Challakere, Ballari, Sindhanur, Raichur, Bidar and Kalaburagi, according to a press release.
