Gopi (30) was murdered by her husband Thammu. It was said that the couple were often seen quarrelling. However, on Sunday, he murdered her and dumped her body in the river. The accused is absconding.
In another incident, Sudheer was murdered by one Murugan. He was the employee at Rajeshwari Educational Institution in Chennangoli. It was said that Sudheer had an illegitimate affair with Murugan’s wife. Police arrested Murugan and are interrogating. A case has been registered.
