The exhibition ends on Sunday at 9 pm.
Organised by the Green Path Organic State in Malleswaram, the fair is drawing many a health freak.
There are two food courts offering a variety of tasty and nutritious eatables made of millet. Yogish Appajaiah, an organiser, said maida, refined sugar, oil and salt were not used in making these food products.
Manjunatha K L, another organiser, said people could buy directly from growers who had come from four districts of Karnataka. There is also exhibition and sale of millet-processed products, awareness talks, film screening on millet farming and its benefits and seeds for cultivation, he said.
The event is part of a series of exhibitions to promote organic food.
A variety of dishes
G V Renuka and her husband Raj Shekhar, senior citizens from Jayamahal, were among the many who came to the exhibition to buy a variety of millets.
She found the exhibition informative. Santhosh H from Dollars Colony felt awareness was lacking on the benefits of millets.
