Bengaluru Twitter user wants Sushma to fix his fridge

A Twitter user from Bengaluru sought help of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on the social networking site to fix his refrigerator. Sushma did not ignore the request, but replied in her own way.

“Brother, I cannot help you in matters of a refrigerator. I am very busy with human beings in distress,” tweeted Sushma, who often uses Twitter to connect with Indians who are in trouble in foreign countries.

Her response was an instant hit and was re-tweeted by over 7,000 users and liked by over 7,800.

“@irvpaswan @SushmaSwaraj Dear Ministers, @Samsung_IN sold me a defective refrigerator, they r not ready to replace,” posted the user who uses the Twitter handle “#@M_VenkatM”.
Apart from Sushma, the user has also sought help from Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Ram Vilas Paswan.

“@irvpaswan @SushmaSwaraj @Samsung_IN Please look into this issue. they delivered defective product and it stopped working in two months,” the user tweeted, and has also posted the serial number of the refrigerator.
