Elena said internationalising SAP’s architecture to cover unicode, calendars and global time zones and providing local language versions of SAP’s business suite are some of the other customisation initiatives the company takes up besides legal compliances. <br /><br />Localisation also covers financial, payroll, CRM etc, which, according to Elena, SAP has been investing on an on-going basis. The company works separately with translation agencies to provide its products in 38 different languages and covers about 140 countries.</p>
