JOIN USA 45-year-old man died after he fell down from his bike while being chased by stray dogs near Rajkumar park in Banaswadi on Wednesday night.
According to the police, the deceased is Suresh, a resident of Lingarajapuram. He owned a medical shop in Banaswadi. At around 11.45 pm, he was on his way back home from the shop. As he reached Rajkumar park, four to five dogs started chasing him.
To avoid being attacked by the dogs, he tried to speed away, but lost balance and fell down.
Suresh, who was not wearing a helmet, suffered severe head injuries. An autorickshaw driver, who was passing by, found Suresh lying on the ground.
He shifted him to a nearby private hospital, where he was declared brought dead, said the police. A case has been registered in Banaswadi traffic police.
