JOIN USHe was speaking at the free health checkup camp at C Hosuru in the taluk on Tuesday. The camp was jointly organised by Kolar-Chikkaballapur Milk Union Limited (Komul), Devraj Urs Medical College, Bangalore Sagar Hospital, Hosuru V Krishna Reddy, V Muniswamy, Shree Venkateshwara Grameena Arogya Shikshana Samste and Milk Producers Co-operative Society local unit. The camp was organised in memory of Sonamma Venkataswamy.
Shree Venkateshwara Grameena Arogya Shikshana Samste president Dr Venkatachala spoke on the occasion. District Milk Federation Director Munivenkatappa presided over the function.
District Milk Federation Executive Director G N Shiva Reddy, Assistant Manager Dr B Shivaraj, Nagaraj, Devraj Urs Medical College Chief Dr Borappa, Health Officer Dr Ashoka Reddy, Retired Assistant Agriculture Director Muniswamy, APMC member Byya Reddy, Rak Kumar Chaudary, Pasha and others were present.
Dr B G Raghunath, Dr Shubha, Dr Muniswamy, Dr Uma, Dr Naganath and others offered treatment to over 467 patients. Out of these 37 were selected for surgery.
