Metro launches Bandhan loyalty programme

  The programme, open to all registered Metro customers, however, comes with two levels of membership –– gold and silver.

To be a gold member, the customer must buy at least 50 articles per year, make four purchases per month totalling at least Rs 6 lakh per annum and to get silver tag one must buy a minimum of 25 articles per year, make two purchases per month totalling at least Rs 1.5 lakh per annum.

These customers, will be rewarded with upfront monetary benefits: up to two per cent and one per cent of their total purchase value for gold and silver customers respectively (on a quarterly basis). Besides, they will avail advance information on promotions, have dedicated billing counters and manpower to cater to them and gold customers will also be able to make use of a ‘Gold Lounge’.
