Tetsuya Tekano has resigned as director/chairman of Ricoh India with effect from July 25, 2016. The board of directors of the company, at its meeting held on Monday accepted his resignation.
Ian Peter Winham has been appointed as the director/chairman of Ricoh India with effect from July 25, 2016, the company said.
Ian Winham joined the Ricoh Group in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in 2002 as chief financial officer and was appointed executive vice president, chief investment officer and chief financial officer of Ricoh Europe in 2007.
In 2014, Winham took on a global role as the head of global capital management and in April 2016, he was appointed corporate vice president of Ricoh Company, Ricoh India said.
