Recipe - Crunchy Yasai Roll

Ingredients:

n Nori Sheet 1/2 pc

n Cucumber (Shredded) 10gm

n Sushi Rice 120gm

n Fillet of Salmon (Finger Cut) 70gm

n Chilli Mayo 5gm

n Pickled Ginger (Gari) 15gm

n Wasabi Paste 8gm

n Kikkokman Soya & Apple Juice 20 ml
Method:

n Put on your expert look as you unfurl the sushi rolling mat and place the Nori Sheet in the center.

n Evenly spread the ball of rice over the Nori to the edge of the sheet.

n Turn the Sheet upside down with the rice facing the mat.

n Look casual as you pull off this tricky move.

n Lay the finger cut salmon, sucumber, spicy mayo, tempura flakes and chilli mayo on the nori.

n Roll the sushi nice and compact, apply thin slices of salmon on the rice and roll again.

n Remove the mat and cut with a sushi knife in to eight pieces.

n Serve on a platter with gari (Japanese pickled ginger), wasabi and kikkoman soya

n Sauce for dipping.
