JOIN USA woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances at her friend’s house in Shanabhoganahalli, Bannerghatta, on Friday morning.
According to the police, Jayalakshmi, a resident of KP Agrahara, was married to
Kumar, a labourer. On Thursday evening, she informed her family members that she would be going to a nearby temple. But she went to her friend Raju’s house in Shanabhoganahalli.
On Friday morning, Raju visited the Bannerghatta police station and informed that Jayalakshmi was found dead at his house. The police examined the body and found that there were no external injuries.
Jayalakshmi’s body was shifted for post-mortem and reports are awaited to ascertain the cause for death, while Raju is being questioned by the police. Kumar was informed about Jayalakshmi’s death. He claimed that he was not aware why his wife visited Raju. A case has been registered at the Bannerghatta police station.
