To commemorate its 30th year in the business, it is hosting its first-ever solo expo, showcasing its entire collection of ongoing as well as upcoming properties across South India. Over 50 developments across five cities — Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi will be showcased at one location – ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru.
The expo will be held on September 23, 24 and 25. It will include a wide range of projects, including mid-segment, premium, and luxury housing. There will also be a separate Premium Lounge dedicated exclusively to showcase all luxury projects.
