Dr Meenakshi Bharath is yet another member of the party contesting from Ward No 35 (Aramanenagar).
Prakash Belawadi, a journalist turned theatre personality is contesting from Ward No 142 (Sunkena Halli).
Able representation
“Though I reside in Jayanagar, I grew up in Sunkena Halli. Hence, I will be able to represent the woes of the citizens better,” he said.
Other candidates contesting the polls are Hariharan Chandrashekhar from Ward No 146 (Lakkasandra), C N Kumar from Ward No 154 (Basavanagudi) and Dr Shankara Prasad from Ward No 160 (Rajarajeshwaringar).
