Dempo opened the scoring in the half-hour mark through Ranti Martins. Luciano Sabrosa swept in the equaliser seven minutes later.
Salgaocar then jumped into the lead through Ekene Ikanwa in the 41st minute. Ali Anwar pulled it back for Dempo to 2-2 in the hour mark only for Ikenwa to score the winner in the 66th minute.
In another match, Air India defeated Pune FC 1-0 with Kailash Patil scoring the lone goal.Lajong FC and Sporting Clube De Goa played out a 0-0 draw.
