Opting for home remedies

Winter care

The unpredictable weather can easily wreak your skin, hair and even your nails! The hot sun has been replaced by the cold winds, hair is often frizzy and your body even seems to have a mind of its own.

But there’s a way to tame your hair and keep your skin moist this season.

Drink water: This seems to be the only solution to many problems but it works every time. Even if you don’t feel thirsty, keep a tab to drink enough water to stay hydrated.
Keep a reminder on your phone or label your water bottle by the hour so that you won’t forget.

Homemade scrubs: Not everything in the market might suit your skin so you can make your own scrub at home. Use ingredients available at home, blend them in a mixer and massage it on wet skin. Leave it on for a minute and rinse your face with lukewarm water. Sunflower seeds or flaxseeds and coconut oil and coffee powder are a great scrub.

Hair care: Make sure you use lukewarm water when washing your hair. It’s still very important to use conditioner after using shampoo. In order to prevent dandruff, regularly oil massage your hair. Cover your hair when travelling to avoid pollution and dirt from outside.
