Tasty Stuffed Okra (Tumbu Bendekai)

Ingredients
okra 6
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil 3 spoons
Grated coconut
Chilli powder (2 spoons)
Coriander powder (2 spoons)
Turmeric (1/2 spoon)

 

 

Directions
Cut the ladies’ fingers horizontally and stuff them with grated coconut, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt.

Fry on a pan with oil for 5 minutes on a light flame and cover with a plate. Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
