St Claret College recently hosted the third edition of ‘Resonance 2017’, an inter-college arts festival conducted by the department of humanities. The fest echoed the philosophy ‘Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time’. The college buzzed with excitement as 13 colleges actively and enthusiastically participated in the events. Actor Chandana Devraj was the chief guest for the day.

The fest began with a melodious prayer song followed by the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries.

Rev Dr Sabu George, principal of St Claret College, welcomed the participants and appreciated their competitive spirit. ‘Spell Bee’, ‘Mock Press’, ‘Advertisement’, ‘The Psycho Theatre’, ‘Photography’, ‘JAM’, ‘Picture Interpretation’, ‘Micro Tales’, ‘Reporting’, ‘Debate’ and ‘Collage’ were some of the activities that marked the gala event.

Acharya Institute of Management Studies (AIMS) won the overall trophy. The festival was a grand success in enabling the holistic development of the students and was indeed what the tagline said ‘A Symphony of Celebrations’.
