IRB Infra appoints new independent director

IRB Infrastructure, a wholly owned subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers and an Investment Manager of IRB InvIT Fund, has appointed  Rajinder Pal Singh as an Additional Director and Chairman to the Board with effect from February 14, 2017.

Singh, 65, has served in the Indian Administrative Services and has worked in various areas like finance, industry, urban development and infrastructure development.

Commenting on the development, Virendra D Mhaiskar, Chairman and Managing Director of IRB Infrastructure Developers said, “We are confident that his rich domain knowledge and expertise will be of great help to the IRB Group in achieving new heights of success.”

IRB Infrastructure is presently having 22 BOT projects across India.
