Anand Rathi Wealth Management has acquired Religare’s interests in its wealth management business. The company’s AUM is currently at Rs 10,000 crore, and post this deal, it will cross Rs 13,500 crore.
Religare’s move is part of a consolidation and restructuring strategy, under which Religare Enterprises has divested some of its businesses and shifted focus to India operations.
