In a petition, Nithyananda challenged the probe initiated against him by the Bidadi police following complaints lodged with the Chennai Police Commissioner. Denying all the charges against him, H S Chandramouli, counsel for Nithyananda submitted that the petitioner is innocent.
Justice Arali Nagraj, who heard the matter has ordered issue of notice to Bidadi police.
