KSCA to invite Army men for Ind-Aus Test

The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) will invite over 5000 Indian Army personnel for the second Test between India and Australia, beginning at the Chinnaswamy Stadium from March 4.

KSCA spokesperson Vinay Mruthunjaya said the army personnel under the headquarter of Karnataka and Kerala sub-area will witness the match on March 6, 7 and 8, the final three days of the Test.

The KSCA had earlier announced that 15,000 underprivileged school children would also be invited for the match. 

Meanwhile, the box office ticket sales for the game will be at the stadium on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Only season passes will be sold on both the days, according to a KSCA release.
The passes are priced from Rs 500 to Rs 6000.
