Godrej Appliances eyes Rs 4,500 crore turnover in FY18

Homegrown Godrej Appliances, one of India’s leading players in the home appliances industry, is eyeing a growth of over 20% in its turnover for the upcoming fiscal, according to a top company official.

“We should be able to close the current fiscal with a turnover of Rs 3,700 crore. The company is aiming for revenues of Rs 4,500 crore in the next fiscal (FY18),” Godrej Appliances business head and executive vice president Kamal Nandi said.

“Currrently, 60% of our revenues come from the refrigeration segment, while 24% is from the air conditioning segment. We hope that the turnover ratio from the AC segment reaches 35% over the next three years,” Nandi added.
