Bosch organises Indo-German bootcamp for startups

 Following the first successful Indo-German bootcamp held in July 2016, in Berlin, the second Indo-German bootcamp on ‘Transport and Mobility’ was held here on Tuesday.

It brought together entrepreneurs from India and Germany to explore cooperation and grow their social impact. A total of 10  teams were shortlisted to undergo an intense 10-day training.
The winners in the respective categories were: Best Startup (Indian): PparkE, Best Startup (German): Adaptive City Mobility, Best Disruptive Startup (most original idea): Tretbox and Best on Campus (during the 10 day Bootcamp): Lumos Design Technology.

The ‘DNA Programme’ at Bosch is an accelerator programme, which helps discover and nurture startups.

“Bosch in India is looking to partner and collaborate with startups that work on disruptive solutions in the areas of mobility solutions, smart manufacturing, smart cities, meditech, agritech and energy,” said Manohar Esarapu, head of Bosch India’s Start-Up Alliance programme.
