Classic Coffees adds more flavour to suite

Bringing finesse and simplicity together in its blends, Classic Coffees has introduced its new range of everyday coffee. Launched in four variants — Blaze, Matinee, Sundowner and Afterhours — each quirky blend caters to different taste profiles and lifestyle requirements according to the time of consumption during the day.

Classic Synergy India Director (Marketing and Promotions) Tapaswini D Purnesh said, “It took us several months to launch these gourmet blends. The focus has been on innovation and simplicity. Sophisticated blends have been presented in a simple manner to ease the average coffee lover into the world of gourmet coffee.” The launch is a part of the company’s endeavour to create a market for specialty coffee in the country. 

Classic Coffees will soon bring to market certain essential implements used to brew and serve coffee. “The tase of coffee is defined by the method used to brew it. While the South Indian filter is the most popular, FrenchPress and AeroPress coffee makers enhance the taste of certain blends in a way that is inimitable. Because we want consumers to experience this, we will soon launch our merchandise,” she said. 

Meanwhile, having been an exporter of green coffee beans for decades, the company has shipped its maiden consignment of roast and ground coffee products — Calssic Mountain and Classic Pride — last month. “As of now, we have identified markets in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. We have already exported to Jordan, while Saudi Arabia and some other countries are in the pipeline,” said Tapaswini.
