Criminal cases would be registered against anyone furnishing false information and documents to secure free seats in private schools under the RTE quota.
Primary and Secondary Education Minister Tanveer Sait, in a note, has asked the Department of Public Instruction to issue a circular to all schools and officials to bring such instances of fraud to the notice of the government for initiating legal action.
