Traffic advisory for Veerashaiva Habba

 Owing to festivities of Vishwa Veerashaiva Habba being organised on Sunday at the Tripuravasini Palace Grounds, Bengaluru traffic police have issued advisory anticipating traffic congestion in the areas around the venue. The road users can take the following alternative routes:

Vehicles coming for the event from Mysuru Road should take Nayandahalli via Dr Rajkumar Samadhi, Tumakuru Road towards BEL on to Outer Ring Road, Hebbal flyover, Bellary Road, Mehkri Circle.

Vehicles coming from Kanakapura Road should come from Banashankari Temple bus stand to 4th Main Jayanagar, South End Circle, Lalbagh West Gate, Minerva Circle, JC Road, Town Hall, Mysore Bank Circle, Palace Road, Basaveshwara Circle, Old High Grounds police station junction, Cantonment underpass, Jayamahal Road and to Krishna Vihar Palace Grounds.

Vehicles coming from Bellary Road should proceed towards Devanahalli, Chikkajala, Hunasemaranahalli, Kogilu Junction,  Kodigehalli Gate, Hebbal flyover, Bellary Road, Mehkri Circle Service Road, Jayamahal Road and to Krishna Vihar Palace Grounds.

Vehicles coming from Doddaballapur Road should take Major Unnikrishnan Road junction, Yelahanka police station junction, Yelahanka bypass junction, Ballari Road, Hebbal flyover, Mehkri Circle Service Road, Jayamahal Road and to Krishna Vihar Palace Grounds.

Parking restrictions

Parking is strictly restricted in and around Palace Grounds on Ramana Maharshi Road, CV Raman Road, Ballari Road, Jayamahal Road, MV Jayaram Road and Palace Road. Buses  and Tempo Travellers coming through the function can be parked at Krishna Vihar Palace Grounds entering through Jayamahal Road.
