CRS inspects Yelachenahalli Metro station

Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) K A Manoharan and Deputy CRS E Srinivas inspected Yelachenahalli Metro Station on Reach 4 and 4A of Namma Metro’s north-south corridor on Wednesday. The CRS and his team held the inspection from 3.30 pm to 6.40 pm.

The CRS is scheduled to inspect a railway line in Bagalkot from Thursday, which was scheduled much earlier. He will hold the next round of inspection from May 29 to 31, when he will check the underground section.

Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited officials Vijaykumar Dhir, N M Dhoke and others were present during inspection on Wednesday.

Elevated corridor

According to the schedule, the CRS will inspect the elevated corridor between National College and Yelachenahalli from 10 am to 5.45 pm on May 29. The inspection of the underground section between Sampige Road and National College will take place next day. On May 31, the CRS will conduct trial run from 9.45 am to 11 am, which will be followed by a speed test.
