The model gauges how well an organisation focuses on its key priorities and provides direction for improvement.

"A shift in leadership development has occurred. While it used to be that American and European companies had cornered the market on developing the leaders of tomorrow, our latest round of research shows that Europe is now second to organisations in the Asia-Pacific, with India making the fastest progress. We are committed to helping this development," FranklinCovey's Global Chairman and CEO, Robert Whitman, told reporters here.

India is the first country outside of the US where FranklinCovey has launched the 'Execution Practice' model.

"India is becoming the new central nucleus of corporate work and practices. We intend to support India's indelible impact on the global economy by bringing best practices locally," FranklinCovey's Co-Chief Operating Officer, David Covey, said.

FranklinCovey gives consulting and training to companies in the areas of strategy execution, customer loyality, leadership and individual effectiveness.

Its clients include 90 per cent of the Fortune 100, more than 75 per cent of the Fortune 500, small and mid-sized businesses and government and educational institutions.
Some of its clients are Unilever, Mahindra and Mahindra, Citibank, Nomura and TAFE, amongst others.
